We have had the good fortune of having people committed to learning how to accelerate the rate of improvement of their organizations, and to serving their customers better and better. The critical mass of people in our local, and broader, community dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement provides a vital network of support and expertise - still going strong since 1987. Together, we can support our community in creating positive, systematic change that will help us discover and implement fundamental solutions, instead of symptomatic fixes. Won’t you join us by considering an organizational or individual membership?
Benefits of Membership
Our members are our lifeblood. Through their financial support via annual dues, and contributing and participating in our programs we can continue the good works established over 20 years ago.

By becoming a member you will realize the following benefits:
Learning and Networking Opportunities
We are committed to providing at least 30 learning opportunities each year. By providing a forum for teaching and sharing we continue the learning tradition established at our founding. Brown Bags are held over the noon hour monthly, and often are an entry point in to learning the latest, the tried and true, and way to meet others working in the field.
Resource Center
Our resource center collection covers quality, innovation, and improvement topics from A to Z. Books are added to the collection at the recommendation of our members. In addition, we obtain copies of training DVD's for our members to use at no cost. Often these materials can cost $900 or more. Let us purchase these, and you can check them out as needed.
Additionally, we now have small and larger group meeting space available to members for group sessions, consultations with clients or just a quiet workspace. WIFI is available, and we can help host your meeting.
How Membership Works
- All employees of organizations who join Friends of Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence are considered members and have access to full membership benefits. That means they receive member rates for programs and conferences, have access to the Resource Center, and have development opportunities through participation.
- You'll designate one person to act as the "primary contact." This person is our link to your organization, someone who understands your organization's learning needs, who will communicate with us, and distribute information within your workplace.
- Dues are based on the number of employees in your organization. Any employee who registers for an event will automatically be on our mailing list.
