Robert A. Neiman is a founding partner in Robert H. Schaffer & Associates. During his years with the firm, he has helped produce major gains in performance, profitability and speed of response in leading financial institutions; chemical, textile, and manufacturing companies; public utilities and service enterprises. He has served major hospitals, schools, government agencies and foundations to produce similar results. He has worked with information technology groups to help improve productivity, accelerate successful installations, and increase the economic payoff from technology investments.

In addition to consulting, Mr. Neiman has published articles on change and applications of the firm’s Breakthrough Strategy and a book Execution, Plain and Simple, published by McGraw-Hill. He has conducted seminars and workshops for the American Management Association, the Harvard Business School, the Institute of Management Consultants, the National Society for Corporate Planning, the Amos Tuck School and the American Hospital Association.

Mr. Neiman earned an engineering degree at the University of Illinois with University Honors and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School. He was a director of the National Society for Corporate Planning and is a founding member of the Institute of Management Consultants.
