| Title: | Execution Plain and Simple |
| Abstract: | This presentation answers two questions for managers and quality staff people: How do I execute in ways which assure that end results happen? How do I build greater execution capability in my organization? It is based on the book Execution Plain and Simple by Robert A. Neiman, principal in Robert H. Schaffer & Associates. We’ll cover essential disciplines of execution, and a strategy for creating execution breakthroughs. We’ll touch on some tougher issues, such as – making demands effectively, designing projects for success, following up like crazy without driving people crazy. |
