Jim is President and owner of The Gray Company, a Madison, Wisconsin based consulting firm. As a pioneer in the field of diversity, Jim has over 20 years of experience helping organizations of all sizes achieve their diversity and inclusion goals.

He has served as a volunteer and board member to a variety of organizations, including the American Red Cross (Badger Chapter), the Urban League of Greater Madison, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Dane County, and United Way of Dane County.

Jim has traveled extensively around the world, visiting countries such as Australia, Argentina, Barbados, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, England, Ecuador, France, Fiji, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Jamaica, Japan, Kenya, Martinique, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Panama, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, Tanzania, and the Virgin Islands (US).

Specific tools for assessing where your organization is along the path of inclusion will be presented, along with strategies for continuing the journey along the path.
