Dr. Schroeder served on the Board of Examiners of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award is 1993, 1994, 1995, 1999, and 2000 and has also served as a consultant to companies in N. America, Europe and Asia.  He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the American Creativity Association. He is the author with Alan G Robinson, of Ideas are Free: How the idea revolution is liberating people and transforming organizations, that deals with how to generate quality ideas from your employees.
