| Abstract: | Executive forums have been around for decades, but the accessibility and impact of this learning model has recently exploded on to the scene. Talk with progressive leaders from the area, and it’s likely that they have been involved within TEC, YPO, Executive Roundtable, or know some one who has. As a practitioner of collaborative, action learning forums, Dan will highlight the value of action learning; discuss the implication for developing executive talent, and showcase the strong connection between collaborative process and tangible results. |
